Kathmandu. Technology company Yoddha Lab has launched a customer management software (CRM) called ‘Kudos CRM’. This software developed in Nepal aimed at small and medium businesses will allow customers to make inquiries from the first time to pay bills and repurchase from one place.

TAG_OPEN_p_20 According to the company, many businesses in Nepal keep customer details scattered in phone, Viber and WhatsApp messages, notebooks, Excel sheets, and employees’ memories. The company says that due to this, the inquiry is not answered on time, the customer details are lost when the employee changes, and it is difficult to find out the remaining payment. The company has stated that the software has been developed with the aim of solving this problem.

According to the company, the inquiries received through the website’s form, booking link or website chat are automatically registered as a potential customer (lead) on the software. The company also records the details of which the customer came from, such as through Facebook ads.

According to the company, the invoice is generated from the approved quotation and which bill has been paid, which is due and which has expired can be seen on a single screen.

The company says that the details of how many inquiries were received, how much turned into sales and how much was lost can be seen on the dashboard.

According to the company, the fee for the software can be paid in Nepali rupees through Khalti. The company claims that this will remove the problem of needing a dollar card while using foreign software. The company has also started selling the software to businesses in India and other countries.TAG_OPEN_p_14
