Kathmandu. Kiran Poudel has resigned from the post of independent director of Nepal Reinsurance Company.
Poudel tendered his resignation to the board of directors on April 20. He resigned because of his personal and professional commitments, saying he was unable to devote the required time and dedication to the position of director.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on April 7 approved Poudel’s resignation. Chief Executive Officer of the company, Surendra Thapa, said that information about this has also been shared with the concerned authorities.
