Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has concluded its 20th Annual General Meeting. The meeting was held at Amrapali Banquet in Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved the fiscal year 2082 by the Nepal Rastra Bank as proposed by the Board of Directors. The shareholders of the bank have approved a cash dividend of 9 percent and 15 percent of the paid-up capital (including tax) to their shareholders for the period from the date of allotment of preference shares.
The meeting has approved the auditor’s report for the financial year 2082. The meeting has approved the annual financial statements, balance sheet, profit and loss accounts for the fiscal year 2082. It has also approved the annual financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and financial statements for the same financial year. It also approved other proposals including the appointment of an external auditor.
