Kathmandu. Kalinchok Darshan has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held at 3:30 pm today decided to distribute a total dividend of 8.9474 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 63 crore from the profit of the current financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 5,35,50,000 per cent i.e. 8.5 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 2,818,421.05 per cent for tax purposes.
This dividend will be paid to the shareholders after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
