Kathmandu. The IPO of Kalanga Hydro has been issued on June 10. Sanima Capital Limited, the issue manager for the IPO issuance, has issued the initial shares.
The company had opened its IPO for the general public from May 22 to May 23. A total of 28,70,000 units of shares have been issued to the general public at a face value of Rs 100.
According to the issue manager, 3,15,92,250 units of shares were sought from 2,901,924 applicants. Out of this, 3,11,04,780 units of shares have been approved by 28,60,766 applicants.
The IPO was also allotted through lottery as the number of applications exceeded the demand. A total of 2,87,000 applicants got 10 units of shares. In this way, out of the approved applicants, 25,73,766 applicants are left empty-handed.
