Kathmandu. In the election to the House of Representatives, Jhapa Constituency No. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Balen Sah is leading in Constituency 5 defeating CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli with more than 4.5 times more votes.
Balen received 6,551 votes, according to the latest election results. His nearest rival Oli got 1,428 votes. Balen is leading by 5,123 votes.
Similarly, Mandhara Chimariya of the Nepali Congress got 216 votes and Ranjit Tamang of NCP got 165 votes and came out third and fourth respectively.
