Kathmandu. Senior leader of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Balen Sah has been elected from Jhapa-5.
Balen won the election with 68,348 votes. He defeated CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Oli received 18,724 votes. Oli has a margin of 49,614 votes against Balen.
