Kathmandu. Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today has decided to distribute 14.74 percent dividend to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year i.e. Rs 1.53 billion. Out of this, 14 percent will have bonus shares worth Rs 215 million 64 thousand 16 and 0.74 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
