Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Jawalakhel Distillery launched its new initiative in the ready-to-drink (RTD) category with the launch of ‘Ruslan – Refreshing Alcoholic Drink’.
According to the company, this product has been introduced in the ‘Peach Ice Tea’ flavor for the first time in the Nepalese alcoholic beverage market. The first edition of ‘Ruslan’ has a 5% alcohol content (ABV) specially targeted at the younger generation who are looking for different ideas and new experiences.
Crafted for today’s expressive and experience-centric youth, the drink represents originality, individuality and confidence. The aim is to inspire a generation that wants to establish their own style rather than following trends.
Peach Ice Tea, one of the world’s most popular soft drink flavors, has been transformed into an alcoholic form to create a modern, easy-to-drink drink. An attempt is made to transform familiar tastes into new experiences with a balanced 5% alcohol content.
According to Jawalakhel Distillery, Ruslan is expected to start a new chapter in RTD beverage in Nepal. The company plans to promote it as a brand that is connected to the changing lifestyle and social culture of the new generation.
The drink is available in attractive 275ml cans and is currently being sold at Rs. 225 per can in select outlets of Kathmandu.
