Kathmandu. An agreement has been signed between the Citizen Investment Fund and Godavari Municipality regarding the operation of citizen pension scheme. Mayor Birendra Bhatta and Executive Director of the Trust Parbat Kumar Karki signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
An agreement has been reached between the fund and the municipality to deposit Rs 1,000 per month in the citizen’s pension scheme by adding Rs 500 from the monthly level of teachers and employees of the municipality and Rs 500 from the municipality’s teachers and employees welfare fund.
According to the agreement, pension will be provided on the basis of the amount collected on behalf of the teachers, employees and municipalities participating in this scheme.
