KATHMANDU: Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) Chairman Rajan Bikram Thapa has said that the authority is committed to maintaining good governance by making the overall insurance market more dignified, competitive and transparent.
Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of Tihar, Nepal Sambat 1145 and Chhath festivals, Chairman Thapa made such commitment.
In his message, Thapa said that the NEA is committed to enhancing credibility in the insurance sector, protecting the interests of the insured and increasing the access to insurance.
Chairman Thapa said that the authority has been continuously working to make the insurance claim payment process more simple, transparent and technology-friendly.
