Infinity Laghubitta’s capacity building programme was conducted with the participation of branch heads across the country.

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has successfully completed a two-day capacity enhancement and review program with the objective of corporate governance, effective risk management and professional capacity enhancement of employees. The event was held at Landmark Hotel in Pokhara on August 30 and 16.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Bishnu Kumar Ghimire was the chief guest and Director Ramesh Kumar and Founder Shareholder Dinesh Adhikari were the special guests of the program while Deputy Chief Executive Officer Bishwo Raj Shrestha hosted the program. Section chiefs, monitoring officers, departmental heads and management level officials of all 102 branches of the organization enthusiastically participated in the program.

Addressing the program, chief guest Bishnu Kumar Ghimire said risk management, good governance and effective leadership were the foundation of institutional success and stressed on the need to take the organization to new heights through strategic thinking, collective efforts and excellent performance by assimilating the changing financial context.

Special guest Dinesh Adhikari expressed his belief that such programs would make a positive impact on the organizational development by enhancing the knowledge, skills and efficiency of the employees.

Chairman and CEO Gyanishwor Panta presented the long-term goals and vision of the organization and motivated the employees to further strengthen the organization through responsibility, discipline and result-oriented working style. On the occasion, the Deputy CEO reviewed the overall performance of the organization and informed about the future strategy and action plan.

The program reviewed the overall performance of the branches and held detailed discussions on past achievements, challenges, areas for improvement and future course of action. On the occasion, the departmental chiefs imparted training on issues related to risk management, loan and recovery management, internal control system, good governance, effective service delivery, leadership development and branch management.

The group discussion among the participants drew common conclusions on practical problem solving, improvement measures and future strategy. According to the organization, the coordination and collaboration between the branches and departments through the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practices has been further strengthened and the program has become effective to increase the common commitment and positive energy to achieve the goals of the organization.
