Kathmandu. Independent candidate for the House of Representatives election from Myagdi, Dr. Mahabir has been re-elected. He garnered 22,850 votes. His nearest rival Hari Krishna Shrestha of CPN-UML got 7,919 votes while Karna Bahadur Bhandari of Nepali Congress got 6,884 votes and Arjun Thapa of Nepali Communist Party got 3,529 votes.
