Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) is issuing 10,80,000 units of shares owned by IME Limited.
The promoter shares owned by IME have been put up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of NIFRA can apply for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. This means that promoter shareholders will be able to bid at or above the minimum price to apply.
The interested bidders can submit their applications to the legal department at the registered office of the bank, located at Baneshwor, Kathmandu. A 35-day deadline has been given for the same.
If the interested promoter shareholders do not apply for the purchase of the shares within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
