Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: IME Life Insurance has won the title under three categories at the Asia Emerging Insurance Awards organized by the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
It has been awarded the title for Outstanding Customer-Oriented Service, Women in Insurance Leadership category and Expansion of Access to Insurance. Similarly, Surya Jyoti Life Insurance and IME Life Insurance have won the best strategy category.
The award recognizes the company’s efforts in expanding insurance awareness, providing modern, technology-driven services, and promoting women’s leadership in the insurance sector.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pawan Kumar Khadka felicitated the felicitation ceremony in Bangkok, Thailand. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pawan Kumar Khadka and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Ram Hari Aryal jointly received the title.
On the occasion, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pawan Kumar Khadka said that CEO Khadka represented Nepal as a thinker in a discussion on ‘Expanding the benefits of digital and AI without weakening the role of the planned agent’. He discussed about the company’s strategies to provide technology-friendly services in Nepal.
Last year, in the fifth edition, IME Life had bagged three categories including Best Life Insurer, Best Insurance Led Women and Best Strategy for Expanding Access to Insurance. In 2023, IME Life was awarded as the runner-up for the Best Life Insurer at the award ceremony.
