Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The tenure of four directors of IME Life Insurance Company has been extended. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on April 7 was held on April 20. The meeting also decided to extend the term of Ram Hari Aryal, Usha Dhakal, Sitaram Thapa and Sandip Agrawal until the conclusion of the AGM.
As the term of these four directors is expiring on April 27, the company has decided to continue the post of directors until the next general meeting.
