Kathmandu. The company has urged the government to proceed with the payment of outstanding insurance claims for IGI Prudential Insurance.
The company issued a notice today for the fiscal year 2081. 82 has been requested to forward the process of payment of outstanding claims. According to the company, the required documents have not yet been submitted to the surveyor or insurance company regarding the insurance claims received till Ashad 2082.
Therefore, the company has informed the company or the concerned surveyor to initiate the claim payment process within 21 days with the necessary documents. The company has made it clear that the insurance claim files that have not come in contact with the necessary documents will be closed within the stipulated period.
