Kathmandu. IGI Prudential Insurance has urged the insured to proceed with the remaining claim process.
The company issued a notice today making this request. According to the notice, the insured has not yet submitted the necessary documents to the surveyor or the insurance company regarding the insurance claims received by the insured till mid-April 2082.
The company has requested the concerned surveyor to initiate the remaining insurance claim process by contacting the concerned surveyor with the necessary documents within 35 days of the publication of this notice.
The company has made it clear that the insurance claim file will be closed if the insured does not come in contact to process the insurance claim within the stipulated time.
