Kathmandu. ICFC Finance has declared a dividend for FY 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held this morning has proposed to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of 10.5263 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1,183,34,70,960 to the shareholders from the profit of the current financial year. Accordingly, the company has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 12,45,75,703.66.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
