She said this at a programme organised to discuss the draft of Securities Dematerialization Work Operation Directive-2082 (IGIN Directive) today. Targeting the Securities Board of Nepal, she said, “There are rumors in the market that I will make a single engine. Don’t let that happen. ’
Pandak said that the CDSC is struggling to implement the IGN guidelines. “We’ve had to deal with a lot of pressure and trembling,” she said. ’
Pandak also informed that the IGIN Directive was conceived in consultation with the Chairman of the Securities Board of Nepal. “However, rumors are being spread among investors about this guideline,” she said. But we are concerned about the rights of investors. We will continue to fight the battle of the iJin. ’
According to Pandak, the directive clearly mentions that the same IGN will be given to the shares of the same group and double IGN to the shares of different groups. “The lockdown period of the shares also varies from group to group,” she said.
Pandak also said that the IGN directive has been stuck in the Securities Board for 6-7 months. “We are confident that it will be approved and implemented,” she said.
