Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has declared a dividend on its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 17 has announced the dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared 4% bonus share and 8.5% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) approves the proposed dividend from the Insurance Authority.
