Kathmandu. Two microfinance institutions have revised their share structures.
NEPSE-listed Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta and Kalika Laghubitta have revised their share structures. Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta has increased its share structure to 67.29 percent of the promoter group and 32.71 percent of the general public. For this, the company has converted 2,99,923.25 units of promoter shares to the general public.
Similarly, Kalika Laghubitta has revised its share structure to 54.52 percent promoter shares and 45.48 percent ordinary shares. For this, the company has converted 4,07,692.30 units of promoter shares to the general public.
