Kathmandu. The counting of votes for the House of Representatives election is underway today.
Counting of votes is underway in 112 constituencies so far. Among them, Kathmandu Constituency No. Ranju Darshana of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) has been elected from Province 1 while Yogesh Gauchan of Nepali Congress has been declared victorious from Mustang.
Kathmandu Region No. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Biraj Bhakta Shrestha from Lalitpur constituency no. 8 Toshima Karki has also won from constituency 3. However, the election office has not officially announced it.
Counting of votes is underway in 108 constituencies. The Rastriya Janajatantra Party (RSP) is leading in 83 constituencies.
NC is leading in 10 wards, NCP in 8 seats, UML in 7 and RPP in 1 each.
