Kathmandu. Tomorrow is the last day to apply for the IPO of Hotel Forest Inn. The company has opened the sale to the general public from February 22. In the second phase, the hotel has issued a total of 33,20,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public. The company has set aside 2 Lakh units for the mutual fund and 80,000 units for its staff.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 2,00,000 units of shares. The interested investors can apply for the shares from the banks and financial institutions participating in the ASBA service and their designated branches of CDSC.
NIC ASIA Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO.
