Kathmandu. Himalayan Reinsurance has decided to change its Registrar to Share Service Provider. The 93rd meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 12, 2003 took a decision in this regard.
According to the decision of the meeting, Himalayan Investment Banker, which has been providing the registrar to share service to the company till now, has been changed. The company has decided to take this service from Himalaya Securities Banker from now on.
The company has issued a public notice about this decision for the information of all shareholders and stakeholders. Shareholders will now have to contact the new registrar for share-related services and transactions.
