Kathmandu. The board of directors of Himalayan Reinsurance has been reconstituted.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company has reconstituted the board of directors. According to this, the meeting has decided to appoint new representatives to the post of directors who have been vacant to represent the promoter shareholders.
Hom Bahadur Khadka of Nepal Bank, Nitesh Todi of Hansraj Hulachand & Co. and Pallav Shrestha of Kalika Fincorp have been appointed as directors. The names of directors have been approved until the next annual general meeting.
Likewise, Dipendra Kumar Mishra has been appointed as the Chairman of the company till the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
