Kathmandu. The board of directors of Himalayan Reinsurance Company has been reconstituted.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company approved the resignation of 3 directors and reconstituted the board of directors by appointing 2 new directors. The meeting also approved the resignation of Amit Mor (promoter) from group ‘A’ and directors Rajiv Mor and Subekshya Kharel representing group ‘B’ in the board of directors.
Similarly, the meeting has appointed Deepak Kumar Mishra of Kalika Fincorp and Ashish Chandra Neupane as independent directors. The appointments of both of them will be effective until the next Annual General Meeting, the company said.
