Kathmandu. Himalayan Life’s independent director Digambar Jha has resigned from his position. He resigned on Falgun 20, citing personal reasons as his inability to continue with his duties. His resignation was approved by the company’s board of directors at its meeting held on Chaitra 7, effective from Falgun 20.
