Kathmandu. The resignation of Sunita Acharya, a director of Himalayan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, has been accepted. Acharya, who has been representing the general shareholders of the company as a director, resigned from her post on October 1 citing personal reasons. Her resignation was approved by the board of directors of the company held on October 19.
