Kathmandu. KATHMANDU, July 14: Himalayan Everest Insurance Ltd has handed over a machine to the health centre located at Lalitpur Metropolitan City-10 as a part of its social responsibility. The machine was formally handed over amidst a special ceremony held at Lalitpur Metropolitan City-10.
The event was attended by the Right Honorable Mayor of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, Chairman of Ward No. 10, Ward members, representatives of Health Centre, locals and representatives of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited.
Addressing the program, CEO of Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited said that health service is the basic need of the citizens and the organization has been conducting CSR activities prioritizing the programs that directly benefit the community. He expressed his confidence that the ultrasound machine would help provide easy, timely and quality health service at local level. It will play an important role, especially in maternal and child health services.
