Kathmandu. Water Energy Solutions Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO) for the general public. Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
Himalayan Capital Limited and Water Energy Solutions Limited have signed an agreement in this regard. The company is developing 8.3 MW Upper Deumai Khola Hydropower Project in Ilam district.
