Kathmandu. Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has concluded its 33rd Annual General Meeting. The AGM held under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank Mr. Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha approved the consolidated financial statement of the bank and its subsidiaries.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Chairman Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha presented the report for the fiscal year 2081/082 BS.
The AGM of the bank has reappointed CA Ranjiv & Associates as the current auditor for the FY 2082/083 in accordance with Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063.
Likewise, the meeting unanimously endorsed a proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to carry out necessary works to revise the structure of the bank in proportion to the capital structure of the bank as per the directives of the regulatory body.
