Kathmandu. The board of directors of Himalayan Reinsurance Company has been reconstituted. The board of directors has been reshuffled to represent the promoter shareholders of the company.
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company on Wednesday reshuffled the board of directors based on the letter received from these companies. Uday Kumar Niraula, Dipendra Kumar Mishra and Prithviraj Thapa have been appointed as directors of the company until the next AGM.
Meanwhile, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to appoint Uday Kumar Niraula as the Chairman of the company. His appointment came into effect from April 25.
Earlier, Shekhar Golchha was the chairman of the company. He resigned from the post of chairman on March 9 and the board of directors approved it on March 18.
