Kathmandu. The government is in the coming fiscal year 2083. The policy and programme of 84 has been made public.
President Ram Chandra Poudel presented the policies and programmes in the joint session of the federal parliament at Singha Durbar today. The government has announced plans to revise tax rates and issue Nepal Investment Visa to foreign investors.
Similarly, the government has adopted a policy to encourage digital transactions and discourage cashless transactions. The government has also pledged to follow international standards to prevent money laundering.
The government has come up with a plan to develop infrastructures as per international standards to make the capital market safe and competitive and to secure investors’ investment.
The government has brought various schemes, policies and programmes to provide concessional finance to the farmers from the return of money to the savers of the troubled cooperatives.
The government has also brought plans for the development of physical infrastructure along with information and technology.
