Only You Know: This layer refers to information that only you know. This includes your password, PIN number or answer to a confidential question. This level of security depends mainly on your knowledge and memory.
You Only Have: This layer includes items that only you have access to. For example, your mobile phone, bank card or security token. These items will help verify your identity and provide security to your financial transactions.
Your own: This includes your personal biometric details such as fingerprints, face or eye scanning, etc.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has advised the banks to use the mentioned verification methods for digital financial transactions and keep their details highly confidential.
