Kathmandu. The stock market rose marginally on Thursday. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 5.82 points to close at 2782.18.
With the rise in the NEPSE sub-group, 7 sub-groups have increased while 6 sub-groups have fallen. On the day, the trading group increased by 2.53 percent and the finance group fell the most by 0.87 percent.
On this day, the share prices of 98 companies increased while 158 companies declined. Shares of 12 companies have remained stable today.
The market was traded at Rs 8.81 billion today. The highest turnover was done by SY panels.
