Kathmandu. The Health Insurance Board has directed the government to provide services as per the revised facility pouch from May 30.
Issuing a circular in the name of health service providers associated with the health insurance scheme, the Board issued this directive. The Insurance Board had recently revised the facility pouch. Now, the board has directed to provide the service to the insured who will be admitted from June 16 as per the revised facility purse.
In the case of the insured who have been admitted to the service before 16th May, it is stated in the circular that the service should be provided as per the old facility pouch. The board has also urged the government to continue the service without discharging such insured persons.
The Board has also clarified that the rate and scope of services provided under the poor citizen drug treatment program remain unchanged.
