Kathmandu. Hathway Investment Nepal has issued over 2.05 crore units of shares to the end of the auction period.
Issuing a notice today, the company informed that the lock-in period of 2,05,33,500 units of promoter and employee shares will end from September 18. Out of which the promoter has 2,04,75,000 units and the employees have 58,500 units.
There is a provision that the shares of the promoter and employees of any company should be kept in lockout for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment. However, even after the lockdown period is over, the shares will be held in the case of the directors and employees working in the top management position of the company.
