Kathmandu. The Harvard Health Hackathon National FINA 2026 is set to kick off at the National Innovation and Technology Center (ATIC) under Kathmandu University. The two-day national final competition will be held on April 27 and 28.
The competition will feature 45 best ideas and startups selected from all over the country. The teams will present their concepts, technologies and implementation strategies with an aim to present innovative solutions in the health sector.
The best 3 teams will be selected from the competition and will get an opportunity to participate in the international online Bootcamp. The best teams will participate in the final pitching round to be held in Boston, USA. Where they will present themselves to international investors and venture capitalists.
According to the organizers, the event is expected to play an important role in developing sustainable, effective and technology-friendly solutions in Nepal’s health sector. It is believed that this international level platform will provide an opportunity to Nepali innovators to connect with the world by promoting creativity, research, and entrepreneurship among the youth.
Nepal’s best talents are now ready to showcase their potential. The event, full of innovation, competition and opportunities, is expected to give a new direction to the future of the health sector in Nepal.
