Kathmandu. Industrialist Hari Gautam has been elected unopposed as the president of the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting of the association’s working committee members held on Sunday unanimously elected the office bearers under the leadership of Gautam.
The other newly elected office bearers are Senior Vice President Madhav Rajpal, Second Vice President Manoj Das, General Secretary Shivaji Prasad Kalwar, Treasurer Anoj Rungta, Secretary Prem Chandra Goyal, Sushant Chachan, Co-Treasurer Niraj Agrawal, Joint Secretary Commerce Naresh Tivdewal and Joint Secretary Industry Anup Agrawal. The nomination of the third vice president and the coordinator of the employers’ committee will be made at the first meeting of the new working committee, informed Chief Election Officer Balmukunda Kharel.
