Kathmandu. Habitat Power is going to hold a special general meeting on July 15. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on June 19 decided to hold a special general meeting at the company’s registered office at 9 pm.
The assembly will pass a special resolution to increase the issued capital, amend clauses 6 (b) and (c) of the management letter, issue right shares and issue IPOs to the general public and locals.
It will approve a proposal to give all necessary authority to the Board of Directors or the representative of directors to act as per the directive if any kind of change is received from the regulatory body regarding issuing IPO for the general public and locals.
