Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held this morning decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 13,23,58,053.75 to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 1,25,74,15.11 per cent i.e. 9.5 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 6,61,790.27 per cent for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
