Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha in the last fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 115,849,500. Out of this, 14.25 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 1,6508,553.75 and 0.75 per cent cash dividend of Rs 868,871.25.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming AGM after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
