According to the financial report, the company has earned a net profit of Rs 1.45 crore in the first nine months of the current FY. Previous fiscal year 2081. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 2.74 crore in the year ended March 2018. The company’s net profit declined by 46.83 percent in the review year compared to the previous year.
The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 75 crore and has a capital of Rs 40.43 million in catastrophe fund, Rs 2.88 crore in retained earnings and Rs 2.02 crore in other equity. As of mid-July of the previous year, the company had Rs 25.85 lakh in the disaster fund, Rs 1.58 crore in retained earnings and Rs 20 million in other equity.
As of mid-April of the current fiscal year, the company’s life insurance fund stood at Rs 41.53 crore. In the same period of the previous year, the life insurance fund was Rs 12.59 crore. The size of the life insurance fund of the company increased by 229.75 percent in the review period compared to the previous year.
During the review period, the company earned a net profit of Rs 42.12 crores. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 20.67 crore in the same period. Compared to the previous year, the company’s total premium income increased by 103.68 percent.
The company has earned Rs 35.60 crore in net insurance premium till mid-April of the current fiscal year. The company had earned a net premium of Rs 19.48 crore in the same period last year. Compared to the previous year, the company’s net premium has increased by 82.77 percent.
The company’s annualized earnings per share (EPS) declined to Rs 2.59. The EPS was Rs. 4.88 crore in the same period last year. The net worth per share of the company is Rs 104.41.
