Kathmandu. The third annual general meeting of Guardian Micro Life Insurance has been concluded. The meeting was held at Hotel Airport in Biratnagar, Morang.
The meeting also endorsed a special proposal of issuing 1:1 right shares out of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 750 million. The meeting also endorsed another special proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to proceed with the process accordingly if directed or deemed necessary to increase the authorized and issued and paid-up capital.
The meeting also endorsed a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company. The meeting also endorsed a proposal to elect a director representing the general shareholders.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. Approval of the annual and auditor’s report of the current fiscal year 2082. The meeting also passed a proposal regarding the appointment of an auditor and determination of his or her remuneration for Province 83.
