Kathmandu. Greenply Nepal Company has called a special general meeting (SGM) of the company. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office in Budhiganga Rural Municipality-5 at 11:00 am on August 8. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on July 5 has fixed the date for the AGM.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 16,40,000 units of initial shares (IPO) of 20 percent of the issued capital.
