Kathmandu. The government has suspended the National Private and Boarding Schools Association Nepal (NPABSAN).
The Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notice today informing that NPABSAN has been suspended. According to the notice issued by the National Directive Act, 2018, NPABSAN has been operating with the approval of the Government of Nepal and has not complied with the directives given by the Ministry of Home Affairs as per Section 5 of the Act.
The Ministry had also urged the stakeholders to carry out works as per the National Directive Act, 2018 and the directive issued by the Ministry on November 28, 2018.
The Ministry has warned that action will be taken as per the prevailing law as any activities by any group or group in the name of the organization will be illegal.
