Kathmandu. The government has claimed that the budget for the next fiscal year will make a policy leap in the health service.
Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle made this claim while presenting the budget for the coming fiscal year in a joint session of both houses of the federal parliament today.
He said that the long-term goal is to make the basic organizations with skilled human resources, laboratories, essential medicines, digital health system and effective referral service as the first point of health insurance.
