Kathmandu. The government has announced the abolition of trade unions. The next fiscal year 2083. President Ram Chandra Poudel said this while presenting the policies and programmes of the Federal Parliament for the Fiscal Year 84.
In order to make the civil service and other government services neutral and impartial accountable or to develop it as a professional institution, to promote good governance, to make the promotion of good governance result-oriented, to dismiss the trade union, performance and evaluation, cooling, and to be disqualified from the government service in the future if one is involved in a political party, the statement reads.
