Kathmandu. The government is to send the Constitutional Council (First Amendment) Ordinance, 2083 BS to the President again.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today decided to send the ordinance to the President for ratification without any modifications. President Ram Chandra Poudel on Sunday sent back the order to the government for necessary reconsideration.
Spokesperson of the government and Minister for Education Sasmit Pokharel said that the government decided to recommend the ordinance to the President for recertification. “It is what it was before, it has not been modified,” he said.
